Do you feel like this about anyone or any business? It is a powerful endorsement for sure. Just knowing that I have some “go to guys” fills me with joy. It dawned on me that there are some raving fans of mine out there too and I wanted to give them a shout out. I could rattle my list off, but then you wouldn’t want to pick up the phone and call me.

What does it take to become so fiercely loyal that you can unequivocally say “these are the guys you want to call?”

BAAM

BAM !!

It just happened on Facebook

“Who has a remodeler they can suggest, I want my kitchen remodeled?” As Emeril says, “BAM!!!” it happened to me.

Several friends and clients assured her that I was the guy. One said, “If you want the best then hire these guys”. How do you earn this? Heck if I know, I think it is a combination of things which are all good. So, when I went to see her and her kitchen we naturally hit it off. I’m sure that if she does move forward with her project there would be little chance of her choosing anyone else.

It also happened on Backyard

Yet another online neighborhood referral service. A worried person had water in the basement and until then was not getting the help they needed from the folks they had invited to come over. I was recommended, came over, made sense of the problem, gave suggestions on how to solve it, and SHAZAM. I got paid and a google 5-star review.

Levco is your go-to contractor

This is the benchmark in my business. This is what resonates in my ears when I go to meet a perspective client. Can I make them a client for life? Like we each have a specialist for certain things, a doctor, a dentist. Do you have a contractor? Levco wants to earn that from you.

Among our attributes would be:

  • Offer great solutions to real problems
  • Have a process that makes sense
  • Keep promises
  • Offer a fair price
  • Don’t nickel and dime
  • Be a good communicator
  • Consistently produce great work
  • Have a great team of people on my staff that can deliver

It is that vane, I’ve built the business from the ground up making great strides at times, and failed miserably occasionally, but always learning and improving our systems.

Keep on referring!

We are anticipating a strong year of growth and pent up desire for remodeling. I have geared up with a system and staff that can make it happen. So, keep on referring me, it’s a nice reflection on you.
