Garage in 2 weeks
The Challenge:
The Owner had a non-functional garage that was falling down, He wanted to be able to store vehicles and be able to work in the garage at a workbench.
The Idea:
Use as much space as the city would allow and keep the least setback from the rear property line. The Owner wanted Levco to build the shell and finish it himself.
The Solution:
We worked with the city to maintain a 9’ setback and made a new garage with siding and roofing that harmonizes with the existing home.
The Details:
We added a bonus room truss system for additional storage in the rafters. ( No additional cost to the Owner) The owner painted and eventually provided power.
