Garage workshop remodel
The Challenge
One of the bays was already used for this shop and the other two for cars. The look of the structure was to harmonize with the home. The plans were drawn by others and were not correct. Stucco work was a nightmare done a backup subcontractor and had to be redone.
The Idea
Add to the existing garage to expand a woodworking shop that has access to the backyard and make it well lit and comfortable.
The Solution
The sprinkler system was damaged by excavation and was ultimatly put back together by specialists. We had to modify the plans to make the project work.
The Details
Ductless mini split, LED lighting. A hidden dust collection system. Reused existing door new windows.
