How Levco Care Works

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Levco Care is my ethos. Showing that you care is what life is all about. I have been told that I throw myself into my work, but it is the connection I develop that makes it work for me.

Showing That You Care

Howard Olivier enlightened me that the difference between saying that you care and showing that you care is a level of magnitude.  I choose to show through my work.

When it comes to my favorite subject, houses, I hate failures. Failure means all sorts of things. Flood, or fire, is the worst, but the slow degradation of things becomes overwhelming and can cause all sorts of anxiety.

Denial Ain’t Just A River In Egypt

We all learned this lesson over time. If you ignore the signs, things go south in a hurry. Left unattended, things just fall apart. Take your teeth as an example. Nuf Said. Wouldn’t it be cool to have a team on your side when it comes to getting things done? Well, you can have one now. Here is how we approach the challenge of making sure that your home is well-maintained.

  1. Understanding the systems and existing conditions.
  2. Discovering deficiencies or opportunities that exist and improving them.
  3. Setting up a schedule to repair, replace, upgrade, or maintain them.
  4. Provide routine preventive maintenance.

Getting A Handle On It

No matter how long you have owned your home. Having a systematic approach to identifying substandard issues is a valuable thing to have done. We then use this list to prioritize what needs to be done VS what would be nice to do someday. Next, we assign a cost to each item and offer our services to remedy the things that you choose to have worked on. We respond on a schedule that you choose, slowly but surely, things get turned around, and you will be amazed at how much better you will feel about your home.

In The Long Run

We want to know everything about your home. We want you to be able to track maintenance and be relieved that you have a partner to work with to make your home more enjoyable, less likely to have a catastrophic failure, and gradually become something that you don’t need to wonder or worry about. Ideally, given the OK to do some fixes, you can start to reap the benefits of our work right away and see measurable results over time.
