In my life, I have been surrounded by these fantastic individuals. They are angels; they collaborate for a common goal, and they complete me. they work through difficult situations with me and around me to extend our abilities in a way that defies and amazes them. They fill in my weaknesses and make me whole. They are unsung for the most part, other than internally. They bring it like a hurricane. They have passion and carry me when I am weak; they share my love; they high-five me when I win and console me when I lose. They fill in the blanks.

Like everyone, I have my strengths and weaknesses. Having an actual and a virtual spellchecker is priceless. I am guilty of seeing and reacting to shiny things. Staying focused is something that I am constantly working towards. I lacked support at home for so many years that work became my family.

They Shine in the Spotlight

Whether in front of the camera or behind the scenes in a support role, these fantastic people who have rallied behind me are incredible. They deserve all the accolades that I can afford.

They Have My Financials Ship Shape

As an owner, nothing is more important than confidence that the financials are correct. I have that in spades. I can not think of another owner that has what I have. These people build me up, allow me to think clearly, and make sound financial decisions. They provide the confidence to stretch out like a rock climber to the next bucket.

I am convinced that it takes superheroes to be remodelers. I used to wear all those hats, but I do not anymore. This evolution did not happen by accident. It took going through a ton of talented folks and some not-so-talented to find the core that I am blessed with.
