Is My Project Too Small ?

Reading Time: 3 minutes

Levco has been in the business of doing larger and larger projects for 2 decades. It has been a predictable path as we gain trust by having no fear and developing a reputation for doing great work that lasts, finishing on time and on budget. Like everything we do in life, there are some advantages and some disadvantages. Naturally, being one who likes discomfort, I wanted to try something out that I have had on the back burner for years.

The lessons learned after running Levco Builders for 20 years are that “We have learned a thing or two about a thing or two.” I have also built some amazing relationships with my clients and subtrade partners. This business is all about trust. I am parlaying that into a home service company that focuses on maintaining your home with an eye towards preventative maintenance that provides peace of mind.

Service Required

A project that I am working on in the background. We used to have to remember to check our odometers for when the next oil change was due. Until that exists, you are on your own. Your home is made up of systems; some are more complicated than others. The key is to monitor them and service them to extend their workable life and ultimately avoid catastrophic consequences. I have preached that left unattended to homes turn back to sawdust. I want to prevent that from happening. Nobody has had more experience than I in understanding homes. Call me the house whisperer.

To-Do Project Lists

Where to begin? Most homes have one weather in your head or written down. If yours is in your head, we are ready to share our checklists with you to develop a list together to work from. Alternatively, we can recommend a third-party service that can identify problems for you.

Scheduled Maintenance

We will let you know when we will be by and what we have on our radar to do. We always ask if there is anything else we need to do, then we bundle items to increase efficiency, get them done for you in a scheduled way to avoid unscheduled emergencies. Why not lighten your load and let us help you prevent further degradation of your home?

Senior Safety

As I write this article, I was a victim of a ladder accident. One friend said I need to work on my dismount, as if it were an Olympic venue. One dear friend said that at the same time you sign up for Social Security, you automatically give up your ladder privileges.

Senior safety is more about how I look at your home. We can look at the areas with the most risk and come up with a plan to lessen the risk. We can add years of injury-free enjoyment to your life. Talk about a great value! Everyone wants better lighting, easier access, and the ability to be safe without your home looking like a hospital suite. To that end, we bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise. I am one of only 3 NARI-certified Universal Design Professionals in our state.
