The Challenge:
When the pressurized irrigation was turned on in spring, a valve failed filling the crawl space with 42,000 gallons of water. A passing neighbor noticed the problem but by the time the water was turned off, the crawl space hatch was just about to float.
The idea:
Pump out the water and get the crawl space dried out. Replace insulation and all duct work
The Solution:
Several large pumps were rented and we bought one at the same time. Upon pumping everything out, the entire duct work system had to be replaces as well as the visqueen.
