After numerous interviews with real clients over the years, we’ve compiled a comprehensive list of the things that most clients have in common. Sure there are tons of things they like & love about us. If we could only check off a few of the things that they hate about the remodeling process, then we would naturally propel ourselves to the top of the remodelers heap. Ta-Da!

Dust protection

Build Clean HEPA Dust Protection

What we’ve learned over the years.

  1. Communication problems = Client Portal. (In place already for several years)
  2. Dust from construction = Build Clean system (New November 2016)
  3. Scheduling or lack there of = A paradigm shift (Coming online December 2016)

By addressing our shortcomings we build a better mouse trap. To that end we have invested in a machine that addresses our number 2 industry wide problem. Creating unnecessary collateral dust. Levco has the first one in the Treasure Valley!

The Build Clean system is a HEPA vacuum that sits in the room and eats dust. ‘nough said. (Mic drop) Our crews say “This tool rocks”. And who wouldn’t want to have improved indoor air quality? It is a win-win if I’ve ever seen one. We intend to have one on each job site soon. As they come online we anticipate some great client reviews.
