There Are Riches Hidden in Your Home

I have discovered a secret few people understand about their homes and affording remodeling projects. The wealthy are not the only ones remodeling these days. Not everyone “thinks they have” the financial resources to afford a remodeling project they desperately want/need.

There's no place like home

There’s no place like home

I’ve got some good news for you. Odds are good that through clever design and prudent material selections that we can improve your quality of life by remodeling your home.

Unlocking the hidden equity is the key. Often, the money to do the project is already at your fingertips. (à la Dorothy and her ruby slippers.)

“There’s no place like home, there’s no place like home”

In my experience, remodeling projects are not spontaneous decisions, lots of thought goes into what’s wrong, and how the heck to fix the design issues before I get the call to come take a look. Far less thought is given to how much the project will cost or how to afford the great idea. This is often when the project gets derailed or put on the back burner.

Moving to a new home is usually an option providing you can find one you like that doesn’t have its own set of issues. Ultimately moving is likely to be more expensive and not always the most reasonable answer to your situation.

My Grandpa Ben used to say…

“Joe, you are a rich man. You’ve got electricity & oil in your hair, GAS in your stomach, and water in your knees” Now if I could just bring it to market.

The money for your next remodeling project is likely buried in the walls. With the right combination of equity and potential, Levco can help you discover it, remodel your home, and change your outlook on life. I solve the problem of affording a remodeling project by connecting my clients with experts.

Who here wants to uncover the riches in their home?

I Do! I Do! After all, besides being remodelers, we are problem solvers at heart.

After tirelessly searching for reasonable financial solutions for folks, my toolbox includes  a cornucopia of financial solutions looking for a problem to solve. If you need a referral, I can help.

Levco also finances some projects because the local lending institutions we work with “get it” and are willing to back us up for projects that make sense.

FFN (Forever For Now) The bar for financing remodeling projects is pretty low. Qualifying and turnaround time is quick. Options are many, and monthly payments are reasonable. One product we use can refinance your entire home based upon the future value of the remodeling project.

Levco specializes in finding the potential and bringing it to life.

The remodeling project we love more than anything, evolves around bringing your home up to its potential. How we live today in our homes is much different than we used to. If your home is 50 years old or older chances are, you’re due for an Aged Home Upgrade.

The idea vault

  • Add Egress Windows in a basement.
  • Open up your floor plan by redesigning your kitchen.
  • Remove an obstructive unnecessary wall.
  • Add some natural light with a skylight or solar tube while you’re at it.
  • Update your exhausted bathrooms.
  • Converting a room to another better use.
  • Build out, or finishing your basement.
  • Add a master bathroom or any sort of addition.
  • Create a bonus room or an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit)

Here is what finding the treasure sounds like

In one recent example of a 100% financed remodeling project, a young couple who decided to remodel rather than move, explained why they did it.

“We could not find the perfect home after looking for several years. We knew that with some work that it could be better. That is when they contacted us and entered into the Design Development Agreement with Levco. Once completed, we entered the Remodeling Agreement with the lending institution watching the progress as they worked.” The results are amazing!

“Now when we come home and walk in, my wife & I experience a home with a floor plan that makes sense. It has an open design, a super functional kitchen, and a contemporary feel. It is essentially a refuge and joy to come home, and everything we had hoped for”.

I would venture to say that we were able to find the buried treasure together in their home, just like we can for you.
