Levco is a design-build company, meaning we approach each potential project individually and build it on paper with the intention of making it a reality in your home.

We offer services similar to those of many local contractors. The difference is that we design in-house collaboratively. We have figured out how to get you in and out of design for a third of the price and, in some cases, in a fraction of the time most contractors require. No, it’s not a race; it’s a more economical and expeditious way to design your remodeling project with a company that wants to share its enthusiasm with you.

Your budget is helpful but not essential; don’t get me wrong, as much as we want to predict precisely what your project will cost from the get-go. Every project we do is unique. That being said, we have a wealth of experience to draw from. Despite this, until everything is known, that elusive number is a range that is constantly being refined until we have done our due diligence and collected the information we need to provide an accurate diagnosis, if you will. It is an orderly process of discovery.

Some Want Consierge Services

We don’t have waiters on staff at your beck and call, but we pick up the phone by the second ring and answer emails quickly. We do not dictate what to do or what color schemes to use, but we will provide you with as much advice as you need. We do not attend every meeting with you or bombard you with ideas. You won’t catch us telling you what to select. Upselling is not our approach; we also do not judge.

Levco has a way of bringing it out of you and helping you decide. Sleeping on it and verifying with friends and family has yielded remarkable results.

Being involved means participating in the process and getting a little on you. Rather than being told by a designer what to do, you get to collaborate and add a great deal of extra joy to the project. I could not be more proud of our team or the mutual pleasure derived from working side by side while the creative juices flow during the drawing stage. Once the details are finalized, we proceed to describe the project, as you select the finishing materials, and then we put it all together in a neat package with  a contract amount and notional schedule that is meaningful.
