Tile Company sends Levitch to school

Reading Time: 2 minutes

As the owner of a remodeling company, I feel that it is a requirement to stay up on the latest and greatest. This is why I accepted an invitation from Daltile to attend a training seminar for Schluter Systems, a product we used sporadically over the past decade.

Schluter Systems is an international company that provides revolutionary new materials to the tile industry. Their innovative products remind me of the transition from lathe and plaster to drywall. In this case they have reinvented the tile backing and waterproofing world.

Sure it is hard to accept new things, I get it, change is difficult, now that I have spent a few days at their Reno Nevada training facility I feel confident that this is the wave of the future.

Practicing

At Levco we have used multiple tile contractors over the years. Thankfully I am unaware of any shower failures on my watch. We will be using the Schluter System products from here on out. Beyond their lifetime warranty,  the speed of installation, and the intuitively better materials. I want the best for my clients so they sold me.

In the spirit of higher education I will be attending the second level of training at a later date.

To everyone that made my educational experience wonderful I say thank you. We will be forever grateful as we use your products to create showers that last as long as our remodeling projects.
