At Levco we decided to be a quality contractor years ago and for nearly 2 decades we have done about 20 projects a year. This means that no matter how many leads we go out on or how many clients get into design we have maxed out our availability to do remodeling projects at about 20. The size of our projects has increased significantly since we started in 2005.

How Do You Get On The List

Simply call our office at 208-947-7261 and book a visit. The magic starts when we answer the phone. We like it best if we are the 4th or 5th call you make to a contractor. This is because you are typically pissed off and angry that you’ve had to leave some messages and have been through a wallet biopsy. You have also probably experienced what I went through the other day when my eye doctor sent me a note asking that I call for an appointment. The barrage of questions was so long and painful that I nearly forgot why I had called. ( I have a new eye clinic now)

The Excitement Is Palpable

We want to connect. We understand that you want to have remodeling done by somebody you know, like, and trust. We want to remodel for people that we can communicate easily with and are excited to have their home updated to make it wonderful to live in for years to come.

  • Are you a good fit?
  • Are we a good fit?
  • Are you in our service area?
  • Do you have reasonable expectations of what can be done for your budget?
  • Do you have reasonable expectations of how long a project takes?

It’s subjective, we have to come take a look, we have to have a few interactions, and we need to provide you with a professional synopsis of your project. This typically requires a site visit. We can say we are trustworthy by sharing references for you to call, and we can share images of our past work. we can explain our professional systems that are in place today that have been improved over the years.

20 Unique gifts

Only 20 Lucky Recipients of our Remodeling Services

We start with a Design Process and work our way through to providing a Remodeling Agreement. Typically it takes 90 – 120 Days. The culmination is a fixed-price lump-sum presentation. Once signed and funded the remodeling process plays out in an orderly 4-quarter way. (Much like a football game)
