I was invited to “Tell my story” on Wright Stuff Radio with Brandon Wright who is a business owner himself. The prerecording occurred in the studio and I felt right at home because of my Joe Prin Home Fix Radio Show connection. Brandon made me feel at home and we spent a few hours together talking to his faithful followers about how to kick their businesses into high gear and avoid the borrow pits on either side of the road to success.

Joining me were Terry Frisk a financial adviser CPA and Allison Dunn a Business coach (who unfortunately missed the photo op) both of whom Brandon uses to guide his business. Topics included determining your KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and the 5 steps to do that.

We also touched on how I survived the downturn, we touched on a bunch of financial tried and true techniques to prepare for the up side of growth.

My favorite thing was our discussion abut if there was just one thing you could implement in the next 24 hours to improve your business, what would it be?

You can hear the show on AM 580 KIDO on Saturday October 24th at 2PM
