My friends from back east say this all the time. They say it with an accent “I-got-guy” It sort of rolls off the tongue as one word. Who wouldn’t want a referral from a trusted source? Think of the aggravation you would save.

I can hear it now, “Joe do you got a guy for______________”? I realized that I have been saying “Sure, I got a guy” for years. The truth is that I spend a million dollars annually on remodeling related subcontractors and vendors. Because of my entrepreneurial endeavors, I know a lot of people that do great stuff and or have great stuff for sale.

Now it is time to capitalize on it. Who wants to play yellow pages roulette? Not me. As Kimberly “Sweet Brown” Wilson so eloquently said, “Aint nobody got time for dat”. Here is your one stop solution Levco Nation. Angie’s list can take a hike, I’ve got this.

Levco starts “I Got a Guy” page

As a self-proclaimed expert connector of people, I am playing to a natural strength. I can’t tell you how many calls I get a week for a suggestion. It dawned on me recently that my recommendation is valuable and meaningful thing. Why wouldn’t I want to share my secret sauce with my friends. The “I know Joe” club can rest easy knowing that I am systematizing the process of discovering my best recommendations and suggestions for all things knowable. The rest of you can also use this information to your benefit absolutely FREE. (All I ask in return is for your feedback so I can tweak it and make a great tool for you.) Link to page

Levco Nation

Just because we make a living remodeling does not mean we need to be stingy with the names and contact information of our “Fairies and elves” that provide the specialty things we need to do the amazing projects we do.

Now you can find it on my site for FREE in no particular order, based upon sub/specialty contractor or vendor. There may be several suggested vendors or suppliers on the page. Each one will have a personal endorsement and link to their website (if they operate one), as well as other helpful information.

What is in it for me?

As a known associate, casual friend, or curious outsider. If you are seeking a whole-hearted endorsement of the best you-name-it, enjoy the page. Please use these awesome guys and gals with my endorsement, and share some feedback with me.

Obviously, my endorsement comes with a few rules:

  • You may not abuse these folks
  • There is no guarantee that you will get along with them as well as I do
  • I do not set prices for their work, they do
  • Quality and reliability are my primary filters
  • Price is also a filter, but it is way down on the list for me

For my Specialty trade partners

You know I love you, right? Otherwise why would I trust you to help us remodel. I understand that you are working your butts off and have little time for marketing, so I am lending you a hand.

There is no better, more valuable referral than a personal recommendation from a trusted source. This is a no-brainier. You get additional testimonials as they come in too. Should something go wrong of course, we will have words, guaranteed. I will share your contact information and a link to your page with endorsements as they come in.

For my Vendors

Let’s face it, there are all sorts of hidden places around the city. I have found many of them that provide anything and everything under the sun. I want Levco Nation to be able to find you easily and get a recommendation from me too. I will post additional endorsements as they come in.
